In the CJD Jugenddorf Offenburg, they have now for a week the opportunity to experience a new profession from different areas such as technology, nutrition, horticulture, or economy every day. Here, young people edit typical tasks in the selected profession. Experienced teachers accompany and observe the student during the action. The insights gathered from observation and the self-assessment of adolescents are discussed then with each other. This follow-up serves as setting the course for the career of the student. For an extra week of practice, targeted three professions in the shortlisted can take the young people. In November 2011, they have the ability to sniff practice air each day and a half per selected area then.
